1. About Stablesome

Stablesome is a matchplay golf platform that lets golfers challenge each other to matches, track handicaps, and run competitions (ladders, round robins) with their clubs and friend groups. The "BJ Handicap" system tracks your matchplay performance independently of your official WHS handicap.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Stablesome, or have consent from a parent or guardian. You must be interested in golf — matchplay is at the core of what we do.

3. Account rules

• One account per person. Do not create accounts for other people without their consent.
• Provide accurate information. Fake names or handicaps that you deliberately misrepresent to gain a competitive advantage are not allowed.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. User content rules

• Be respectful in match chat. Harassment, threats, and offensive language are not permitted.
• Choose a username that does not impersonate another person or brand.
• Do not use the platform to spam other users.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to scrape, crawl, or mass-download data from Stablesome.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or bypass security measures.
• Do not attempt to manipulate handicap calculations by colluding with other users to record false results.

6. Scoring and disputes

Match results are recorded and confirmed by both players. In the event of a dispute:

• Final determination rests with the match participants unless they cannot agree.
• Platform administrators may intervene in disputed matches and make a final determination at their discretion.
• Stablesome does not guarantee the accuracy of handicap calculations. The BJ Handicap is an informal tracking system, not an official handicap authority.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [YOUR EMAIL HERE].

8. Disclaimers

Stablesome is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability of the service
• Accuracy of handicap calculations
• That match results recorded on the platform are accepted by any official golf body

9. Limitation of liability

Stablesome is a free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is €0. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
